Meet Your Waxer!
Hi everyone! My name is Hayley, and I’m 20 years old. I’m originally from Derby, Kansas, and completed my education at Eric Fisher Academy in Wichita. There I earned 1,000 hours of training before successfully passing my state boards. Shortly after, I relocated to Tulsa, Oklahoma, to begin my professional journey.
A little about me—outside of the treatment room, I absolutely love animals. I have one dog and one cat back in my hometown, and I now share my home with three cats and one dog who have truly become my babies. I also have an older sister who is a cosmetologist, so you could say great hair and beauty runs in the family!
In my free time, I enjoy drawing, coloring, and getting lost in a good romance novel. Music is always part of my day—my favorite artist is Tate McRae, and you’ll likely hear her playing during your appointment. I also enjoy playing golf with my wonderful boyfriend (even if I’m still working on my skills) and love spending time line dancing whenever I get the chance.
My faith is very important to me, and I am proud to be a Christian. I am also a Type 1 diabetic and have been since 2018, which has shaped my perspective on health, resilience, and self-care.

At Wax & Root, every product used behind the table is intentionally selected to support skin health, comfort, and optimal results. I proudly use professional-grade Bushbalm Wax for effective, gentle hair removal, along with Bushbalm Ingrown Hair Serum and Dark Spot Oil to help prevent irritation, minimize ingrowns, and promote a more even skin tone.
I also incorporate Satin Smooth Aloe Vera Wax for clients who benefit from its soothing, skin-calming properties. Each service is finished with a gentle cleanser and aloe vera to calm the skin, reduce redness, and support proper post-wax recovery.
